SHIN CHYI ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. has been established in 1965, is a sister company of SHIN CHIN GROUP. We concentrate on the Rotary Sheeter and all paper polishing equipment such as O.P.P. film Laminating machine, Calendaring, Varnishing and Embossing Machine,etc.

1950
 Incorporated to repair printing machine.
1953
Research and develop the process for printing machine.
1956
Successfully develop the first hand-feed offset press and start to develop chain delivery semi- auto offset press.
1965
 Expand new factory and introduction of paper cutter, rotary sheeter and semi- auto offset press with reliable quality sold in the international market.
1967
Technical cooperation with Dainippon Screen Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Japan in making process camera and composer.
1968
Presentation of 4-color roto-gravure web printing machine in plastic field.
1971
Introduction of hydraulic paper cutter and export to North/Central American.
1974
Successfully develop of the first 6-color roto-gravure web printing machine with a computer control system sold to East-South Asia market.
1976
 Technical cooperation with Sumida Machinery Co., Ltd. of Japan fordeveloping V model high speed offset press.
1977
Presentation of the first V model high speed offset press.
1979
Export of the first 2 sets of single color high speed offset press to Japan and a successfully develop of the first 2-color high speed automatic offset press, which won the Best Design Award provided by the Industrial Development and Service Bureau of the R.O.C. government.
1983
 Introduction of the SN series 2-color high speed offset press.
1985
Successfully develop the first 4-color high speed offset press.
1986
Export of the first 2-color high speed offset press to South Korea.
1987
 Export of the first 2-color high speed offset press to U.S.A.
1989
 Export of the first 4-color high speed offset press to U.S.A.
1992
Exhibition of TIGAX 92'.
1993
Successfully develop single color high speed offset press, SVP-1H.
1994
 Exhibition TIGAX 94', Export SN series to middle east.
1996
 Exhibition TIGAX 96', Export turn-key project to Thailand.
1997
 Exhibition in Chicago, Print 97'. Successfully develop big size 36"×50" offset press.
1998
 Exhibition TIGAX 98'. New Ink console system for SN series.
1999
The central bank applied SN-UV spot coating to make Taiwan currency.
2000
 Exhibition TIGAX 2000' with touch-panel system for SN series. ISO9001:2000 system for whole operation.
2001
 ISO9001:2000 certified. Exhibition in Chicago Print 01'.
2002
 Exhibition TIGAX 2002' in Taipei and IPEX2002 in Birmingham, UK. Introduced the Rotary Sheeter, UV spot coating machine, film Laminating machine and Chain Knife separating system to European country.
